In countries worldwide, the government often covers up or minimises abuses in its various institutions. 

This is why it is so important for NGOs and the media to diligently investigate and expose such abuses of human rights. 

Otherwise the voiceless would continue to suffer abuses and assaults which are &quot;Not Part of the Sentence&quot;.</description>
